Graduate students: All graduate students (including PhD students/candidates) are eligible to benefit from reduced registration fees
Student ID requirement: Graduate students must upload a scanned copy of their current student ID card (or a letter of confirmation of their student status signed by their supervisors)

** EurSafe Membership:

To benefit from the "EurSafe Member" rates, participants may apply for EurSafe membership before paying the conference registration fee via the EurSafe website: https://www.eursafe.org/membership/registered-members. The participants whose EurSafe membership applications are approved by EurSafe will be eligible to benefit from the reduced rates.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Fees will not be returned in case of nonattendance after registration.
